Dosage:
Adults and children over 1 year: 10ml (2 teaspoons) daily
Children (7-12months): 5ml (1 teaspoon) daily
Infants 0-6 months: 2.5ml (1/2 teaspoon daily)
Can be taken on its own or it can be mixed with twice the quantity of milk or orange juice. Do not exceed the stated dose. Use within 3 months of opening
